The coaching sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, four times
a month by phone.  Coaching sessions are fluid, designed by
the client and unique to his or her experience.  Although the
structure varies, key components include:

  • Tending to the client's well-being to ensure sustained results
    long term.
  • Focusing on shifting communication patterns to ensure
    intentional and clear communication.

In the forefront, Elaine Long partners with a client to create a

Project Design framework including intended results and action
plan.  Elaine supports clients progress by holding them capable and
standing firmly for their commitment.  Weekly practices are given to
support goals, well-being, and communication
as they move towards
generating the results they are
committed to achieving.  

In the background, coaching involves looking at what stops
clients from moving forward, which is called resistance.  By exploring
resistance, clients identify what's missing.  The
coaching supports
them into getting complete and determining what’s next.  Their

energy is freed, which allows them to produce powerful results.
