In the forefront, Elaine Long partners with a client to create a Project Design framework including intended results and action plan. Elaine supports clients progress by holding them capable and standing firmly for their commitment. Weekly practices are given to support goals, well-being, and communication as they move towards generating the results they are committed to achieving. In the background, coaching involves looking at what stops clients from moving forward, which is called resistance. By exploring resistance, clients identify what's missing.
